Saturday 27 April:
Roast lunch special on Saturday 27 April is roast deboned leg of lamb with a dry rub of smoked paprika, cumin and garlic. Served with a thyme and red wine sauce, crisp roast potato, creamy rosemary courgettes and mixed vegetables for R195. Included for dessert is a slice of cinnamon milk tart.
Sunday 28 April:
Chef Craig’s dish of the day on Sunday 28 April is traditional bobotie with beef and pork mince, apple, raisins, ground almonds and garam masala. Served with turmeric rice and mixed sambals for R165.
