Crumbed prawns
Six shelled prawns, tail on, brushed with egg and dredged in seasoned Panko crumbs and then deep fried. Served on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce and fresh coriander. Accompanied by a Thai mango curry dipping sauce and lime wedges.

Chicken satay
Tender cubes of chicken breast marinated in mild curry spices, curry leaves and coconut milk, charred on an open flame and served with Jasmine rice and a mild chilli peanut sauce.
